By accessing and using Ishaqdatasub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Account & Security

To use most features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login password.
• Ensuring your account wallet is funded legally.
• All activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or "hacking" attempts.

3. Service Delivery (Automated)

Ishaqdatasub provides automated delivery for data, airtime, and bill payments. While our system is 99.9% stable, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to network issues from telecommunication providers (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile).

4. Airtime to Cash Policy

When converting airtime to cash:

• You must only send airtime from a legally owned SIM card.
• The conversion rate is subject to change based on market conditions.
• Payments are processed after the airtime transfer is successfully verified by our system.

5. Refund Policy

All transactions (Data, Airtime, Cable, Electricity) are final. Once a service is delivered to the phone number or meter provided, refunds are not possible. Please double-check your numbers before confirming.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your personal information (Phone number, Email, Transaction history) is encrypted and will never be sold to third parties. We only use your data to process your requests and improve your experience.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform for money laundering, phishing, or any illegal activities. Users found violating Nigerian cyber-laws will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
